Vegan Avocado-Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 360 gr. Coconut Yoghurt
  • 0.5 Pcs. Avocado
  • 1 Pcs. Banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Matcha Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond Silvers
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Chips

Instructions

  1. Soak the chia seeds in milk for a few minutes. Puree the avocado together with the banana in a blender and add 1 teaspoon matcha powder and blend until smooth. 

  2. Mix the chia seeds together with the avocado-banana mixture and coconut yoghurt. Topp the coconut bowls with almond silvers, coconut chips and avocado- and banana hearts.
