Vegan Matcha-Avocado-Banana Chia Pudding
Avocado meets banana and matcha. I could no longer imagine my everyday life without Chia Pudding. This version is especially perfect for before or after my strength training. Rich in proteins, Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and carbohydrates. In addition to my avocado banana Chia Pudding I also add Matcha powder, because the tea contains catechins as well as carotenes (secondary plant substances) and vitamins A, B, C and E. A healthy and tasty vitamin bomb!
Vegan Avocado-Banana Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 360 gr. Coconut Yoghurt
- 0.5 Pcs. Avocado
- 1 Pcs. Banana
- 1 Tbsp. Matcha Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Almond Silvers
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut Chips
Instructions

Soak the chia seeds in milk for a few minutes. Puree the avocado together with the banana in a blender and add 1 teaspoon matcha powder and blend until smooth.

Mix the chia seeds together with the avocado-banana mixture and coconut yoghurt. Topp the coconut bowls with almond silvers, coconut chips and avocado- and banana hearts.
