Dragonfruit Chia Pudding

  • 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp. Honey
  • 200 ml Any kind of milk
  • 180 gr. Nature Yoghurt
  • 1 Cup Frozen Berries
  • 1 Pcs. Banana
  • 1/2 Small Dragonfruit


  1. Soak the Chia Seeds in milk for a few minutes in milk (150ml) and honey. 

  2. Cut some thin slices of the dragonfruits for small hearts, then blend the rest of the dragonfruit together with the berries and banana and the rest of milk until smooth.

  3. Cut out a few hearts and spread them along the edge of the glass. Now mix the Chiapudding together with the dragon fruit, berries and bananas mixture and divide into glasses.
