Buckwheat Flour Waffles

Ingredients

  • 130 gr. Buckwheat Flour
  • 250 ml Lactose free Milch
  • 2 Tbs. Lactose free Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbs. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Gluten-free Baking Powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and bake in a waffle iron.

  2. I have a waffle iron with 5 small hearts. With these ingredients you can bake about 4×5 hearts.

  3. If you don’t sweeten the waffles too much, you could also enjoy the waffles with salty food like cream cheese, cheese or salmon.
