Cut the fish into large pieces and fry them on all sides until hot and then put them aside. Chop the tomatoes and coriander.
Then heat the olive oil in the pan and add the garlic and sauté. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, fish sauce, a little coriander and the cherry tomatoes and boil down a little. Once the sauce has a creamy consistency, add the fish so that it can absorb the aromas from the sauce.
Garnish with the rest of the coriander & now just enjoy!
