Apple-Trifle

Ingredients

Apple-Sauce

  • 2 pcs Apples
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Apple Jelly
  • 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 3-4 Tbsp. Water

Cream

  • 350-400 gr. Greek yoghurt
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Coconut blossom sugar

Crumble

  • 60-70 gr. oat spelt bicuits with whole grain

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and dice the flesh. Cover apple jelly, cinnamon, coconut blossom sugar, vanilla paste, water and lemon juice and bring to the boil in a saucepan, remove from the heat and allow to cool.

  2. Crumble the wholemeal oat biscuits and then pour them into the glasses in layers together with the apple compote and greek yoghurt.
