Potato-Spinach PattiesWhen I tried this recipe for the first time,I was absolutely thrilled. A simple and healthy recipe. Even the green color is an absolute WOW effect – and that only with fresh spinach. I am a big fan of this veggie, because the potato is low in calories and provides valuable ingredients – naturally, of course. It delivers virtually no fat, but contains starch, fibre, protein, vitamins, minerals and secondary plant substances. In addition to potatoes and spinach, I have also added Indian ground psyllium husks, because it is an excellent binding agent and is also very healthy. They enrich a wholesome diet and help with irritable bowel syndrome and many other complaints around the gastrointestinal tract. In addition, this superfood serves as support for weight reduction. In the Indian flea seed shells a lot of dietary fibres are preserved and have a positive effect on health.
