Wheatgrass Juice

Cooperation with Bio Weizengrassaft* A few weeks ago I received a package of organic wheatgrass juice. It was 30 shock frozen wheatgrass juice shots for a monthly cure. Shock freezing is the best way to preserve food without additives and to ensure that all valuable ingredients are preserved. Another advantage is that the wheatgrass juice of Bio Weizengrassaft is gluten-free, because the young willow plant is harvested after only a few weeks after germination.

I took the cure and added the shots to my smoothie every day. The taste takes a little getting used to because the smell of grass dominates a bit. But together in a smoothie with fresh fruits or vegetables you won’t taste it so much anymore. Wheatgrass juice is an optimal source of vitamins and as it is 100% natural, I was a big fan from the beginning. In larger quantities are included: Provitamin A (carotenoids), vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin H (biotin), vitamin K, folic acid, pantothenic acid.

Ingredients

  • 1 Shot Wheatgrass Juice
  • 1 Pcs. Banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Rice Protein
  • 1 Pcs. Celery stick
  • 150 ml Rice milk
  • 150 ml Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare and wash the celery stick and put it in a blender with all the other ingredients and blend to a smoothie.

So my conclusion: I think the wheatgrass juice shots are great! I feel healthier, more comfortable and not so tired anymore. Especially on days when I had long working days and also did sports, I noticed the effect and I am thrilled. A really great & natural superfood!
