I love porridge. It is healthy and easy to prepare and I like it very much in autumn and winter. This time I prepared an autumnal porridge. With pumpkin puree, apple, nuts and cinnamon. It has become really tasty. At the 9th Foodie-Challenge of Foodblogs Schweiz the following seasonal ingredients were in the shopping cart: pumpkin, cabbage, apple, hazelnut, leek and Brussels sprouts.
I like all the ingredients, but I chose pumpkin, apple and hazelnut for my Food-Blog Challenge in November.
My autumn porridge provides a lot of vitamins, minerals and fibre and also tastes really delicious. Whether for breakfast or zVieri: Healthy and good!
