Low Carb Porridge

Delicious vegan low carb porridge. Without a healthy breakfast I couldn’t be more. For me it is important to start the day with healthy fibre, proteins, vitamins and minerals. I tried a Low Carb Porridge and was immediately surprised how tasty it was. On top of that, it’s vegan, gluten-free and super delicious! The preparation is very fast and it is also super as Meal Prep.

Low Carb Porridge

  • 200 ml Water
  • 200 ml Kokosnussmilch
  • 4 Tbsp. Ground flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 50 gr. Ground almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated Coconut
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1.5 Tbsp. Xylitol
  • 1 Pinch Ground Cinnamon


  1. Put all ingredients except salt and xylitol in a pan and heat while stirring constantly. Let simmer for about 8 minutes and stir the mixture well to avoid lumps.

  2. Over time the mixture becomes firm and a nice porridge is formed.

  3. Season with salt, sugar and cinnamon and decorate with fruits and nuts.
