Vegan Coconut Chia Pudding
Coconut milk tastes delicious and is healthy. Thanks to its high content of medium-chain fatty acids, coconut milk is used by the body as a fast source of energy, similar to carbohydrates. In contrast to other fats, coconut fat – is rarely stored in fatty tissue. Coconut milk therefore also helps very well with weight loss and is said to be effective against acne and even stimulate the thyroid gland in cases of hypofunction. In addition, coconut milk is lactose-free and vegan!
